Due to perishable nature of many of our products,

we ship all items via Federal Express

to arrive at destination within 2 days.  

We do not ship on Fri-Sun and we do not want any cooked products to arrive in an area where the package will be held in a warehouse over the weekend.

All items will be shipped to a physical address. 

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

BE SURE TO CHECK THE ADDRESS YOU GIVE US! 

If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, we will promptly notify the customer and he/she may be billed for charges for replacement of the product, if necessary, and re-shipping of the package. 

Incorrect or incomplete addresses resulting in delay of delivery voids our guarantee.  We MUST have COMPLETE addresses - (Apt #, Suite #, Road, Circle, Street, Court).

Please be aware that our ham has a distinctive salty flavor prized by lovers of country ham.  We will replace products that have problems resulting from shipping or packaging.  While we will make every attempt to satisfy our customers, simply "not liking" a product will not be honored by our guarantee.

If shipping a gift, please insure the recipient will be home on the delivery date or that someone will check for the delivery.  Our standard delivery procedure is for Fed Ex to leave the delivery at the front door unless otherwise instructed.  

We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.  Baskets may be substituted due to availability.

Return Policy

Customers who are not satisfied with their product may request a replacement of product or refund within 30 days of receiving their shipment.  Customers who purchase online or via the telephone using a credit card will be issued a refund to the same credit card used for purchase within 14 days of contacting Meacham Hams customer service at 1-888-552-3190.  

If product in question is a gift that was purchased by another customer, the product will be replaced.  If the original purchaser contacts us requesting a refund, he or she will receive a credit within 14 days of request on the credit card used to make the purchase.
