A tradition that speaks "Southern Hospitality" very clear.Beaten Biscuits are very firm and crisp. Delicious with a thin slice of Country Ham and a little butter. Cello-wrapped, they’ll keep for up to 2 months without refrigeration. Ready to eat, or warm for 5 minutes in a toaster oven.
